Meesapulimala is one of the most beautiful mountain ranges in South India and the second-highest peak in the Western Ghats. Standing at about 2,700 metres above sea level, Meesapulimala offers breathtaking views. The most popular 8 km trek route starts from the KFDC base camp, approximately 24 km from Munnar. The base camp can be reached from Munnar via Mattupetty through Aravukad Estate.
